  The patio they poured for us was mostly ok. Came early & were done quickly. My main complaint is that there are several swales in the surface where water stays after a rain. One of them is directly in front of our steps where we enter. The entry rug we keep there will always be wet. We paid quite a bit for the job and didn't expect to see this.
